The event organisers have announced that in addition to overall fleet prizes for ILCA 7 (Standard), ILCA 6 (Radial) and ILCA 4 (4.7), there will also be category prizes as follows:
ILCA 7 U30 – First, Second and Third

As with all other regional events this year, sailors between the ages of 18 – 30 can participate in this event for free by simply registering for the event in the normal way and selecting the appropriate age option.
A sailing supper and music will be available immediately after sailing on Saturday evening. Prize-giving will take place in the club after sailing on Sunday.
As many of you know, our fellow ILCA Ireland member and friend Kevin Doyle was injured during a recent regatta. Along with the Royal St. George Yacht Club, we are now trying to raise funds for him and his family for his care. Proceeds from the upcoming ILCA Ireland End of Season Event hosted by the Royal St George Yacht Club will be placed in a fund to support Kevin’s care needs over the coming months. The Royal St. George Yacht club has initiated a GoFundMe campaign here where donations can be made directly.
NOR and entry list for the event are available here on our own site and on the rsgyc.ie website.
Early bird entry closes on Friday, September 16 with late entry closing on Wednesday, September 21.
